If you follow https://github.com/jay0lee/GAM/wiki/CreatingClientSecretsFile , you may encounter confusion at or around the step entitled “Rename the project.” At least, I did. Here are some notes & screenshots to try to help clarify.
1. Once the new project finished being created, I couldn’t find the option to rename it (I don’t care, this is my only “project” anyway) and I couldn’t see the “OAuth consent screen" link shown in the “Create the Credentials files” section of the howto. I ended up clicking the “client ID” link instead:

I clicked The Only Button and filled in a product name and clicked Save:
Then I got to this screen, and select “Other” and filled in a name:
From here on, the rest of the steps in the original docs were correct for me. (shrug)
